We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made or made-to-order upholstery items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Yes, all Case Furniture pieces are backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Can I request fabric or wood finish samples?
