Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the item is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging; for large furniture pieces, our white-glove team will schedule a convenient pickup time.
Inspection and Transit
Once collected, our logistics partners will transport the item back to our warehouse where our quality control team will inspect it for any signs of wear or damage.
Receive Your Refund
After a successful inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a flat-rate return shipping fee, within 5 to 7 business days.
